The system will generate a computerized output of Daily Time Record of each employee and the Monthly Report of Attendance. The Daily Time Record will compute automatically the time of departure in the morning and the time of arrival in the afternoon.

The Monthly Report of Attendance will reflect the date and type of leave whether sick vacation, maternity/paternity, special privilege and official business that employee availed for the period covered. It will also reflect the number of hours and minutes undertime.

The system will also help the supervisor to monitor who among his employee is frequently absent. Since the system will give us information on the listing of employee per type of leave.
